Our Head Chef Joe Robinson honed his skills and knowledge in Michelin award winning restaurants. He has developed his passion for food working at opposite ends of the UK, from Edinburgh to Cornwall and opposite sides of the world, from Sydney to France. You can share in Joe’s passion of drawing on the best food producers in Cumbria, Lancashire and Yorkshire to source fantastic meat, seafood, vegetables and dairy produce for his fresh and seasonal menus. Joe also loves foraging Morecambe Bay for sea herbs and at local hot spots for elderflower, wild garlic, mushrooms and more.
